Fixed Points for Mixed Monotone Operators and Applications

Abstract

In this paper, fixed points for mixed monotone operators without continuity or compactness assumptions are derived. New fixed point theorems for monotone operators with concavity and convexity then follow as applications. An elliptic boundary value problem is discussed to illustrate our results.
